Requirements

Please take note of the following requirements

Web Hosting

Consider reputable providers such as Hetzner.com, Hostinger.com or Namecheap.com. You will need a minimum of 10GB of space.

Domain Name

If you did not receive a domain name with your hosting, we recommend registering one using Dynadot.com.

Payment Processor

To start accepting payments on your shop, you will need a payment processor such as PayPal, Stripe, 2Checkout, ClickBank, or another supported processor. For the full list of supported processors, please check here.

aMember Pro License

You can purchase the license from the aMember website. We will handle the installation; you only need to provide us with the license key.

Shop Upgrades

Our pricing is transparent, you can check the fees for additional services and credits. 

Shop storage space increase to 100GB – $29 per month ($19 when paying yearly).

Shop customization and development services, including creating membership plans, listing pages, menus, plugin development, and other coding-related tasks. Pricing depends on the complexity of the task. Contact us to discuss.

Pro Support: The shop comes with 12 months of upgrades and support. After that, your shop will continue to function properly—you just won’t have access to the latest version. The renewal price is $97 per year.

Remove link from footer: Every shop comes with a link to MemberShops in the footer. The price to remove this link is $50.

Can I use some other membership software instead of aMember?

MemberShop currently works only with aMember.com. We have been using aMember since 2008 on our own shops, and its functionalities and features are unmatched by any other similar software. This is why we decided to integrate aMember into MemberShops instead of using another solution or developing our own from scratch.

Why does it need to be a clean WordPress installation?

Installing MemberShops on a modified version of WordPress or with unsupported third-party plugins can lead to conflicts with our plugins. To ensure the proper functioning of the MemberShops store during these early beta stages, we require that it be installed on the latest version of WordPress without any prior installations or modifications.

Our installation service includes everything necessary for the proper operation of your shop, including the installation of WordPress and all additional plugins, the aMember software, and basic configuration. This way, your shop will be almost ready to use right out of the box.
